The objective was to deploy a comprehensive IP-based CCTV solution that could cover all internal and external zones, including entry/exit points and parking areas, while allowing real-time monitoring by on-site security staff.

Perimeter Coverage for Vehicle Movement: The client requested accurate monitoring of all vehicles entering and exiting the premises, with specific interest in capturing license plate details.
Multi-Level Indoor Monitoring: The mall spanned seven floors, each requiring consistent surveillance coverage without blind spots across common spaces, corridors, and entrances to retail units.
24/7 Monitoring Needs: The system needed to support uninterrupted monitoring and allow for quick response in case of any suspicious or emergency activity.

License plate recognition technology allowed the security team to maintain a clear log of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Indoor Setup – 150 dome and bullet 4MP IP cameras installed across seven floors for hallway, elevator, and walkway coverage.
Exterior Setup – 4 cameras per side for full perimeter, entrance, parking, and access route monitoring.
LPR Cameras – Installed at entry and exit gates for real-time vehicle detail capture.

The visible presence of surveillance equipment reduced incidents of theft, loitering, and other potential disturbances.

Central Control – Centralized system for live monitoring and archived footage access.
