The objective was to install IP CCTV cameras across key zones within the project sites to help reduce unauthorized access, track ongoing activities, and improve site safety during both the construction and post-handover phases.

Challenges

Construction and completed buildings required different installation approaches, with some areas still under development and others ready for occupancy.
Ensuring uninterrupted visual coverage across basements, entrances, common spaces, and upper floors without camera overlap or blind spots.
Some cameras needed to function in outdoor conditions, while others were to be installed in shaded or indoor corridors with limited light.

Solutions

Cameras were installed phase-wise, with early focus on construction monitoring and later shifted to full security use as buildings neared completion.
Weather-resistant IP cameras were used for external coverage, while dome cameras were placed indoors for discreet yet effective surveillance.
Each building block and outdoor space was surveyed, and cameras were positioned to cover gates, lifts, lobbies, staircases, parking areas, and common zones.

Results

Better Site Supervision: During construction, site engineers could use footage to review daily progress, monitor material delivery, and review safety incidents.

Full Camera Network Operational: All designated areas were brought under video surveillance, including site entry/exit points, parking levels, and tower-specific zones.
