The goal was to install 150 IP CCTV cameras across the property to improve day-to-day oversight and support quick response to any incidents. Brihaspathi Technologies was engaged to plan and execute this surveillance setup

Large and Spread-Out Premises: Covering multiple towers, open spaces, and underground parking lots required careful planning to avoid gaps in monitoring.
Varying Lighting Conditions: Cameras needed to function both in bright outdoor zones and low-light areas like basements and stairwells.
Network Load Distribution: Handling the data traffic from 150 IP cameras required an efficient networking plan to avoid congestion or video lags.

Cameras were mapped across different areas—main gates, lobbies, elevators, corridors, basement parking, clubhouses, and outdoor spaces.
In parking and dimly lit areas, IP cameras with low-light support and infrared capabilities were used to maintain visibility at night.
Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches simplified power and data routing. Virtual LANs (VLANs) were configured to distribute camera data efficiently across different blocks.

Full coverage across the property ensured comprehensive surveillance and enhanced security response times.
